The Coordination Body and local South African Congress Team would like to apologize for the delay in getting budgeting information out to you all regarding next July's Congress. There have been a number of unfortunate and unprecedented difficulties locally which have delayed us getting this information to you, and we ask for your comprehension in these post-COVID times.
