We are pleased to announce that the new edition of the International Journal of Child, Youth and Family Studies, Vol. 9, No2 (2018) is now available. The International Journal of Child, Youth and Family Studies (IJCYFS) is a "peer reviewed, open access, interdisciplinary, cross-national journal" which is committed in to the quality and field research in the of youth welfare and to related community services. This Special issue is based on the result of the panel “Evaluation, Research, and Challenges in Residential, Foster, and Family Care” held during the FICE Vienna Congress 2016. The Guest editors of this issue were James P. Anglin, Canada, Silke B. Gahleitner, Germany and Emmanuel Grupper, Israel.
