Conference "Prevention of violence and abuse towards children - public policies for protection
The International Federation of Educative Communities in Romania(FICE Romania) in collaboration with the National Agency for Child Protection and Adoption, The Association of the General Directors of Social Assistance and Child Protection and the Association of the Municipalities in Romania, is organizing a conference on "Prevention of violence and abuse towards children - public policies for protection and prevention of children's rights". The conference will take place on 16 November from 10:00 to 14:00 in Bucharest at the Parliament Palace("Avram lancu" Conference Hall).
The conference will take place in the context of the 19 days of activism against violence and abuse towards children, organized by Women's World Summit Foundation(WWSF), an initiative which began in 2011 and is mainly addressed towards doctors, teachers, social workers, police officers, etc. The conference also marks the upcoming International Children's Rights day - 20 November.
