The work undertaken includes outreach work with those living on the streets who are offered formal training opportunities. Other target groups include school drop-outs and young mothers. Young people from disadvantaged backgrounds are offered pro bono vocational training by partners of the organization who responded.
Professionals in the field hold various qualifications in numerous fields, ranging from higher education Diplomas and undergraduate degrees. Vocational training is also available for those who want to work in the field of child and youth care. The respondent's organization is currently focusing on out of school youth who need vocational training.
Kenyan members are interested in international collaborations and project partnerships with other organizations around the world aimed at applying for funding together. Please contact the FICE office for further details.
