Short history

Japanese Society of Social Pedagogy (FICE Japan), headquartered in Kanagawa (the prefecture adjacent to Tokyo) since January of 2018. It was founded by a group of practitioners and researchers in the field of child welfare, child mental health, and related fields who are working with children and youths at risk or under out-of-home care wishing to join the international network under
integrated framework.
