FICE CROATIA HELD A WEBINAR 

"The importance of mental health in working with youth"

FICE Croatia, along with other Croatian associates, held a webinar on the importance of mental health in working with youth, which included topics such as the emotions and mental health, techniques and methods such as 4 windows of knowing and learning, burnout and the role of self care in mental health.

The webinar was part of the dissemination of the Erasmus+ project "Caring as Second Nature" of the Latvian organization Radi Vidi Pats, funded by the Erasmus + Program of the European Commission.

FICE Croatia was involved in the project through the participation of its president Petra Hrvoj in a training for experts working with youth.

The training for experts took place from 6 to 15 October 2021 in Latvia.

The topics in the training were mental health, burnout, volunteering as a tool, networking and realizing potential international cooperation.

The training was attended by participants from 9 European countries from various organizations working with youth.

It was a great opportunity to participate in the training, share experiences with other participants, educate themselves on these topics and improve their professional competencies and promote FICE Croatia with the aim of achieving future cooperation.

Youth workers' mobility “Caring as Second Nature '' is financed by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union that in Latvia is administrated by the Agency for International Programs for Youth.

ANNUAL GENERAL ASSEMBLY HELD IN FICE CROATIA

On November 29, 2021, FICE Croatia held an annual General Assembly.

The work of FICE Croatia in 2021 was presented at the assembly, as well as the planned program and financial program of FICE Croatia for 2022.

10 out of 22 members joined the assembly, and again there is a growth of members, 2 more than last year.

In the future, FICE Croatia hopes for further growth in membership, and more networking and activities at the international level through membership in FICE Europe and FICE International.
