Association for pedagogical and social assistance for children FICE-Bulgaria is is a non-governmental umbrella organization, established in 2001.
Mission
The mission of FICE-Bulgaria is to work actively for improvement the quality of life of the children of Bulgaria.
Members of FICE-Bulgaria are professionals working in the field of child welfare. Its members include more than 100 juridical and physical persons – Homes for children deprived of parental care, social-pedagogical boarding schools, non-governmental organizations, educators, teachers, social workers, students, municipalities.

Is an active organization – seeking, adapting and developing methodics for work with children and families.

Organizes and carries out trainings, supervises and consults professionals.

Performes researches and analyses on local level for the needs of social services and trainings, cases of children and families at risk.

Is a licensed provider of social services and licensed center for vocational education.

Lobbies for changes in the legislation concerning the emprovement of the child welfare.

Developes and supports partnership projects between bulgarain and foreign organizations working with children and families at risk.

Publishes bulletin with specialized information.
